Best for festivals, school events, food truck festivals, community events, and outdoor activations where shade and spectator visibility matter.

Arena-Scale VR

400 sq foot 6 player free-roam VR playspace. Wireless premium quality headsets, 20+ arena titles and a Game Master for smooth operation.

VR Trailer (MRU)

Two VR play spaces with a shaded viewing area. Haptic vests included.

Room-Scale VR

Room-scale setups that fit most spaces. Haptic vests included. Great for parties, classrooms, and expos.

Outdoor 20x30 Pop-Up Arena

Compact tented arena-scale VR with the full 20x20 playspace, shade, and a clean spectator footprint.

Outdoor 20x60 Arena Zone

Larger festival footprint with the 6-player arena plus extra shaded space for seating, eating, and crowd flow.

How pricing works

  • Arena: $200 per hour standard. School/government rates available on request.
  • Trailer: $250 per hour for 1–2 hours, $200 per hour for 3–4 hours, $150 per hour for 5 or more hours.
  • Room-Scale VR: 1 headset $70 per hour, or 2 headsets $85 per hour.
  • Outdoor 20x30 Pop-Up VR Arena: $500 for 2 hours, $225 per hour for 3-4 hours, $200 per hour for 5 or more hours.
  • Outdoor 20x60 Arena Zone: $700 for 2 hours, $300 per hour for 3-4 hours, $275 per hour for 5 or more hours.
  • Arena add-ons: bHaptics vests +$50, Mavrik blasters +$50, or both for +$80.
  • Travel: $20 per 100 miles from Rock Hill, SC.
  • Setup: We handle delivery, setup, and technical support to keep the games moving. Power and space needs vary by option. Typical setup time is 1 hour.
